A beautiful sole use privately-owned beach villa on the remote San Sebastian Peninsula, Mozambique. The beach house lies just 10 miles by road from Vilaculos Airport and overlooks a lovely beach with white sand and clear deep blue waters. World's View and Pelican are private cottages at opposite ends of the property. These have large double bedrooms, a spacious sitting area and outside decks with seating, a daybed and private plunge pool. Each has twin indoor showers, a bath and an outside shower. Other rooms include Mangrove, a lovely double room with views of the water with mangrove trees and the islands of the Bazaruto Archipelago beyond. Bangwe and Mazarette rooms are side-by-side with a communal entrance and a shared outside lounge area and are ideal for children or a young family as part of the group. Each has a separate double bedroom. All rooms have direct beach access. Activities offered include walks with a guyide along the beach, the Mangroves or inland. There is lots to discover in the nearby Sanctuary with lakes, birds and the occasional glimpse of an animal. There are some good reefs offshore which provide excellent snorkelling dependant on the tides. Fishing for game fish or saltwaterfly fishing are both available in season. In addition there are kayaks and a house catamaran for outings to nearby islands for snorkelling and picnics. There is a bar  and sitting areas and an infinity pool which has a suitable shallow end for young chioldren. The lodge is fully staffed and provides delicious food and very ralxed hospitality. Mozambique has a tropical climate. Summer, from November to April, is hot and temperatures may reach 35C. This is also the rainy season, though any storms and rain rarely last long. The winter months, from May to October, are cooler and drier with temperatures usually between 20 and 25C. At times it can be windy and the evenings are cooler.
