Victoria Falls
1.7 kms wide and with drops of between 90 - 107 metres this is truly one of the great spectacles of the world.  An average of 550,000 cubic metres of water plummet over the edge every minute, but during the flood stage from March to May, up to five million cubic metres per minute pass over the falls.  The Zambian side of Victoria Falls is sometimes forgotten, but it provides an entirely separate experience to its Zimbabwean counterpart.  First of all, the views are different, but you can sidle right up to the falling water, walk a steep track down to the base of the falls and follow spindly walkways perched over the abyss.

Day 7
This morning you will be transferred to Botswana by road and ferry.  On arrival you will be met and transferred to Muchenji Safari Lodge to stay for the next 4 nights.

Chobe National Park
Chobe National Park is the second largest national park in Botswana and covers 10,566 square kilometres. A major feature of Chobe National Park is its elephant population, of which there are an estimated 35,000 animals. The Chobe has one of the largest elephant herds in Africa providing some unforgettable sights as they gather around the water holes or swim across the river using their trunks as snorkels.

This morning you will be transferred to Livingstone Airport for the scheduled flight to Johannesburg.  On arrival connect with the overnight flight to London Heathrow.
