Water Lovers is a small beach lodge on the tropical shores of the Indian Ocean. A short 35 km from Mombasa, it is located on Diani Beach, on Kenya's South Coast, which is known for its white sands and turquoise warm waters - a perfect setting for a holiday in paradise by the ocean.  The hotel accommodates guests in eight very spacious suites and a charming self-contained villa sleeping 6. Each suite has a private veranda with ocean views. The central areas have a beach restaurant and turtle-shaped infinity pool. The food is delicious and fusion Mediterranean and African recipes with local ingredients. All eight Water Lovers suites are equipped with air conditioning, fan, mosquito nets, security box, tea and coffee kettle and SIM card to use in your personal mobile phone for international and local calls. Both double and triple rooms are available.  Every suite has a spacious private veranda overlooking the ocean and the interior design is a blend of Swahili culture and Mediterranean style. The Arab word "Swahili" means "of the shore" and is the traditional language of East Africa. But Swahili is more than a language, it is also the true culture of Africa's Indian Ocean coastline, a trader's culture that blends cultural elements of Africa and Arabia with the East and the West - the result is a truly relaxing cultural fusion, which can be felt in every nook and cranny of Water Lovers's interior design. The villa at Waterlovers offers two spacious double bedrooms on the ground floor, both equipped with air conditioning, fan and their own private bathrooms. On the upper floor gallery, you will find another two king size beds and a third bathroom complete with shower. There is a comfy sitting and dining area with sofas and pillows and a beautifully carved, wooden dining table with enough room for everyone overlooking the gardens and ocean beyond. Housekeeping is included and a chef can be provided on request (at the extra cost of 35€ per day) or you can choose to dine in the beach restaurant.
