Location
On the beach at Bentota 65kms from Colombo lying next to sacred and charmed ground of a Buddhist Temple.

Sitting / Dining area
A wide and comfortable veranda looking south across the garden doubles as a sitting and dining area. One end offers planter's chairs that wrap you in a cloud of bliss as you take an afternoon nap. The other has a dining table set for all.

Kitchen / Staff
A kitchen and 2 full time staff including maid and one of the best cooks in Sri Lanka. If you are a lover of good food this is your villa.

Area
Bentota lies approx 65kms south of Colombo and contains a spur of land that separates sea and river. The river provides for all water sports - details of which are at the villa - with a ski school that guarantees to have anyone over the age of 6 up on skis. The villa has its own floodlight Boulles court perfect for those who dream of something French. Walk to the end of the garden, cross the railway track, (yes a train runs through the garden and on down a track that disappears into coconut palms in the hazy distance) and another 20 yards and you are on wide, beautiful and empty beach. The villa looks south west and the sunsets are big, orange and wild - every night. The close proximity to the Temple might explain why it is so easy to relax. Stay in this Villa, close the gate behind you and dream.

No of bedrooms	Sleeps 6 adults and 3 children. 4 double bedrooms and 1 triple room. All beds are 4 poster with fitted mosquito nets. The triple room has air conditioning and other rooms are cooled by overhead fans and the sea breeze. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers.
