The Desert Homestead is situated in grasslands on the Witwater farm close to Sesriem.  The original farmhouse here has been converted into a central lounge/dining area, though meals are usually eaten on the veranda. Accomodation is in pleasant self contained cottages with ensuite bathrooms. This is a place to relax and enjoy the stark scenary alternatively the lodge offers good day riding and walking.
