The accommodation comprises 17 studio rooms and spacious apartments. The latter are dotted around the bush clad property and have one, two or three bedrooms. They have at least one fully en-suite bathroom, a lounge leading onto a private balcony with panoramic views, and contain all the necessary utensils and equipment for a self-catering option. The studio rooms have a similar design but are more basic and with shared facilities. The Marlborough Sounds describes an area at the top of the South Island of New Zealand, featuring an intricate series of native bush-clad bays and coves sheltered from the open sea.
