The valleys and slopes are home to a unique gathering of wildlife including springbok, ostrich, oryx, Hartman's zebra, Grant's golden mole, spotted hyena, Cape and bat-eared foxes. This is home to more than 115 bird species, including Sociable Weavers, Black Eagles and Martial Eagles.
