Access is by banana boat and during this 20 minute ride, guests have the opportunity to become familiar with this mighty river and its inhabitants ... water, air, game and the local fishermen.
WILDLIFE The birdlife in the area is prolific and you will soon be able to identify the species by their unmistakable calls. Spot a hippo wallowing in the nearby waters or watch other game as they make their way to hunting or grazing grounds.
FACILITIES This island is fully staffed and qualified guides host guests. There is no electricity and at night the glow of lamps and the flicker of candle light will rekindle memories of yesteryear.
