No. of Bedrooms Accommodation is built to a good standard in the traditional Zanzibar style, and comprises:  10 Sea View Cottages, spacious en-suite rooms with private verandahs overlooking the sea, set apart from the bar and restaurant to ensure perfect peace and tranquillity.  4 Lodge Rooms - more simply furnished, en suite rooms in a Lodge, each with a terrace with views through to the Indian Ocean beyond.  Cottages and lodge rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and fans.  2 Suites - on the crest of a hill, set apart from the main hotel guest rooms. Each suite is laid out on 3 floors with 2 bedrooms and a private swimming pool, set amidst a tropical garden. They are furnished with stunning traditional Zanzibar furniture and batik linen. From the roof of the Villa, panoramic views can be enjoyed from the bathtub, and there is a fully netted bed so that the fabulous stary night skies can be enjoyed. Both suites have ceiling fans as well as being fully air conditioned. Activities Explore the marine life on the coral reef; visit fishing villages just next door; shop at the local bazaar.  Witness the morning rituals of the local women farming seaweed and the fishermen returning with their catch.  And in the hazy late afternoons, lie back and listen to the children singing as they gather cockles and mussels in the shallows.  On other days, simply immerse yourself in the balmy waters of the Indian Ocean when the tide is high or try a floodlit swim in the crystal clear pools of a limestone cave.  For those with more energy, scuba diving, PADI courses, snorkelling, fishing, boat trips and wind surfing can be arranged.  Visits to Zanzibar Town, the red colobus monkeys of Jozani Forest, Spice Tours, sunset cruises and trips to many sites of historical interest can also be organised.  Bicycles are available for hire or you can swim in the beautiful infinity swimming pool or the warm Indian Ocean.
