Sails in the Desert - Ayers Rock, Northern Territory

Highly Recommended

Set in park-like grounds Sails in the Desert is the premier hotel at Ayers Rock Resort and is named for the distinctive white sail-like structures that shade its gardens and pool.  Beautifully furnished the interior décor focuses on Aboriginal heritage and includes a gallery of significant artworks.

Eating options at Sails include the lively, buffet-style Winkiku Restaurant, tapas-style cuisine by the pool at Rockpool (seasonal), and the award winning signature restaurant of Ayers Rock Resort, Kuniya Restaurant (reservations are strongly recommended!).
