Situated in the western corridor the the Serengeti National Park Sabora lies inside the private and exclusive Grumeti Reserve. The reserve abuts the Serengeti and extends to 44000 acres of African wilderness (huge) which contains all of the "big five" game: elephant, rhino, leopard, buffalo & lion. In addition all the other predators such as wild dog, cheetah, hyena, jackal as well as a wonderful diversity of plains game, birds and raptors, are present  The camp sits right on the western great migration route and frequently benefits from the presence of vast grazing herds of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle.  This is unquestionably one of the finest game viewing locations in Africa. The tented amp sleeps only 12 people in 6 private and exotically designed tented suites. The attention to detail and comfort is exact and the tents are large and very comfortable with views over the plains from a private verandah. The central dinning areas are also nicely furnished in an understated style reminiscent of older style safaris which gives it all a very relaxed and convivial feel.
