Mbalageti Serengeti is located in the Western Corridor of the Serengerti National Park.  The lodge is situated on Mwamveni Hill and enjoys an extensive panorama of the Serengeti Plains and the Mbalageti River.  It offers excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and is in an ideal spot to witness the annual Great Migration of the wildebest and zebra herds and their attendant predators. There are some budget rooms in the main lodge building, but the bulk of the accommodation is in 24 luxurious tented chalets situated on either the sunrise or the sunset side of the hill.  Built with local rock and wood, and with canvas walls, these chalets are the perfect place to relax after a day of game viewing.  All chalets are fully ensuite with luxurious fixtures and fittings and have a private verandah with distant views.  There are also two Executive suites, each with two spacious ensuite bedrooms, a lounge verandah and a private outside bath.  In the main lodge building there is a bar and restaurant with, above them, a lounge loft with puzzles and games as well as a selection of books and magazines.  The lodge has a swiming pool built of local rocks, and located on the side of the hill to give panoramic views of the landscape.  There is also a tranquility pool and massage boma.  Every afternoon, tea and a selection of home-baked pastries are served in the tea garden. The lodge offers a selection of full-day and half-day game drives as well as bush breakfasts, bush dinners and sundowners.
