The Manyara National Park is beautiful with forests, acacia woodland, bushy areas and open savannah surrounding the vast Soda Lake. You can visit the hippo pools and see the flamingos colouring the lake pink from a distance. There are resident elephant and buffalo herds, tree climbing lions and leopard present in the park where the plains game and birdlife is also excellent.
