Kadju (cashew) House is located just outside the fishing village of Tangalle and close to nature reserves and temples.  The house is on a hilltop and is set amidst a cashew grove and a large tropical garden.  It enjoys complete privacy but overlooks, and has immediate access to, a beautiful crescent-shaped beach. Accommodation is offered in four en-suite bedrooms, all combining a minimalist design with modernist luxury.  The rooms have sea or garden views and have decks, balconies or private gardens, and one has an outdoor shower.  One room has twin beds and is perfect for children.  The house has a 36-foot-long rooftop infinity pool.  Those who want to stay dry can sunbathe on the adjacent terrace or lounge in the breezy and shaded pavilion.  The garden and living spaces have great views of the sea and have plenty of spots for reading, resting and contemplation.  Or stroll down the hill to the beach.  The house also has a cool, breezy, dedicated Ayurvedic Spa room with cinnamon stick walls, where local therapists offer simple massages or more specialized treatments. The house comes with four full-time staff, including a gourmet chef who will shop and prepare meals.  Cuisine is based on Sri Lankan and European dishes with fresh fish and losters bought straight from the fishermen, and fresh organic ingredients from local markets and Kadju's own vegetable garden.    Boating, fishing and snorkelling trips can be arranged, when guests may encounter pods of playful dolphins and migrating whales.
