Dining Kable's is the hotel's premier restaurant and offers modern Australian cuisine featurimg choice seafood, shellfish and beef.  Chef’s Table offers a unique culinary experience, the chef's table is a stainless steel work surface transformed into a dining table that seats 10 to 16 guests. The chef creates a personalised five-course menu & after dinner enjoy a guided tour of the kitchen. The Café serves a light lunch, including salads, Sydney rock oysters on the half shell and a selection of sharing plates and deserts. The Cabana is located on the pool deck, open for snacks and lunch.
