Boat charter, complete with rods tackle and bait are available for fishing near to Desroches and to the neighboring islands. Traditional bottom fishing, trolling, vertical jigging, dropshot and salt water flyfishing are all offered subject to season and sea conditions. The hotel runs a strict catch and release conservation policy with the exception of fish caught for the hotel restaurant and consumed by guests.
