There are terrazzo floors and views down to the ocean from your bedroom windows. There are nearly five acres of landscaped gardens which lead down to a swimming pool. The property is built on an incline, steep in places, and has graceful lawns sweeping down to the swimming pool and beyond to two sandy, crescent sea bays.
