FACILITIES Style Luxury Resort & Spa Dining The restaurants offer an appealing selection of dishes from all corners of the globe, all prepared using the freshest ingredients. The emphasis is on low fat, lower calorie food with some vegetarian and wheat, gluten, dairy and sugar-free dishes integrated into our menus.  Three spa cuisine meals are included in your daily tariff and can be taken at the Emerald Room or breakfast and lunch at the Taste of Siam by the beach. Dinner at Taste of Siam incurs an additional charge. Children Children under 16 years are not accepted.
