This independent self drive (or chauffeured) itinerary is a real treat, staying in Relais et Châteaux hotels in glorious Garden Route locations in Plettenberg Bay, Hermanus, and in Cape Town. The emphasis is on luxury, comfort, good cuisine, fine wines and relaxation. Notable fynbos plant kingdom en route and the southern right whales off Hermanus (you can see them from your bedroom) which are normally present between June and December.
