Busanga Bush Camp, Kafue National Park, Zambia

Recommended

BUSANGA BUSH CAMP IS OPEN FROM 1ST JUNE TO 30TH NOVEMBER INCLUSIVE

Busanga Bush Camp lies in the heart of the Busanga Plains, a wildlife paradise that is situated in the northern region of the Kafue National Park, one of the largest national parks in Africa. The Busanga Plains area is one of Zambia's most significant wetland resources and one of the few areas in the world that remain untouched by development and human activity.  A flooded delta in summer, the Busanga flood plain dries to a small stream by autumn.  In the flood it is home to thousands of water birds but as it dries a biomass of antelope and plains game gather - which attract large numbers of predators, particularly lion.
