The lodge is situated on an 8000 acre Natural Heritage Site and Private Nature Reserve of outstanding scenic beauty. There is a large diversity of animals, birds, trees and wildflowers, all surrounding the beautiful indigenous garden. There are also over 20kms of walking trails that have been established to enable guests to explore this wonderful area and take in the spectacular scenery. All the eight rooms are individually decorated and have excellent en suite bathrooms.
