Tight Lines and Fresh Food From trout streams and lakes in Tasmania’s central plateau, handlining in large reef species, fighting barramundi in the northern wetlands, to the large pelagic species of northern Australia’s remote coastlines, your hosts know their fishing intimately and will help you find the best spots. Barramundi sashimi, grilled coral trout, and fresh lobster – they also know how to cook their fish.
